olivhealth
Olivhealth, hospital management, reimagined.
For neurology

Episodes and examinations you can compare

Seizure frequency, examination findings and medication across years, recorded so the change is the thing you see.

Neurology decisions turn on change: is the frequency lower, is the deficit the same, did the dose help. That only works if each visit records the same things the same way. OlivHealth uses structured, versioned examination forms so today’s note is genuinely comparable with the one from eighteen months ago, and keeps imaging and medication on the same chart.

Episode frequency is described, not counted
Frequency and episode details are structured fields, so a reduction is a number rather than an impression.
Examinations are written differently each time
A structured neurological examination form, versioned, keeps findings comparable across visits and across doctors.
Imaging is somewhere else
MRI, CT and EEG reports attach to the visit, so the investigation sits with the examination that prompted it.
Long-term medication history is hard to reconstruct
The prescribing timeline is on the chart, so dose changes across years are traceable.

Episode records

Structured capture of frequency and episode detail, so change over time is measurable.

Structured examination

A neurological examination form built from the shared field library and versioned safely.

Imaging and EEG

Reports attached to the visit rather than kept in a separate archive.

Medication timeline

Full prescribing history on one chart, traceable across a long course.

Review reminders

Automated reminders for periodic review, sent off the appointment.

Continuity across doctors

One chart per patient, so a colleague covering a clinic reads the same record you do.

ABDM — included as standard

Go live ABDM-enabled from day one

Every practice we onboard goes live ABDM-enabled — create and verify a patient’s ABHA at registration, and let their records follow them across the health system on their consent. It’s part of onboarding, not a separate project or an extra module to buy.

Frequently asked questions

Can I keep a seizure diary on the record?

Yes, as structured fields captured at each visit, which is what lets you compare frequency across visits rather than reading back prose.

Are EEG or MRI machines integrated?

No. Reports are attached to the visit as documents. There is no direct device interface today.

Can two neurologists share a patient record?

Yes. There is one chart per patient at the hospital, so a covering colleague sees the same continuous record.

What happens if I improve the examination form?

Older encounters keep rendering against the version they were captured on. New visits use the new version.
